Hi lovelies,
Now don't get me wrong I love me a good old chic white on white ensemble and this outfit was very close to becoming one but then I decided to switch it up a bit by adding in this contrasting leopard print sweater, you might of seen it before but I wouldn't be surprised if you hadn't, it's not a piece I wear often but when I do, I never want to take it of and no matter what I always feel good wearing it. A splash of print is always welcome to come and brighten up my day.
When I was putting this outfit together, Stella McCartney's Spring collection was definitely at the forefront of my mind which inspired certain elements of this look and seeing as it was one of favourite Spring collections this year, it was kinda inevitable is was going to happen at some point. I kept the styling minimal and allowed for the contrasting sweater be the main focal point and then finished with some little details that I always find to be quite effective, like a red lip (perfect for lifting a print) and buttoned up shirt (a very chic and on trend detail) .
I hope you all like the look my dears and thank you in advance for any comments. Take care and enjoy your day,
Daniella xox

Hello lovelies,
Today I want to show this outfit I wore a couple of weeks back when me and the boyfriend were popping out to grab some lunch. I love this Venessa Bruno skirt sooo much and I will always take the opportunity when possible to wear it, the colour is perfect, I adore the flirty shape and fit it, plus I find it an ideal transeasonal piece.
I've wanted to wear it in a preppy-chic way for a while but because its been a very cold winter, there hasn't been many opportunities to do so. Finally the day came where I woke to find the sun was shining, I was like Maan I'm just going to go for it (we'll pretend that mother nature didn't surprise us with a heavy downpour of rain and slight touch of the hail stones just as we finished our lunch and were about to leave) I wore it with my Cos A-line shirt and I am pretty sure they still sell it online, I'm thinking that I should buy a couple more of them as I love a good white shirt and with it having an A-line shape, I find it to be a great and very chic alternative to your everyday white shirt. I added in this cute little navy cardigan not only for that classic preppy touch but also because navy and olive is quickly becoming one of my favourite colour combos. Annoyingly it was to cold to go without tights, so they had stick around. And hey what do you think of these shoes? would you believe that I've had them since I was about sixteen years old, they were from New look, as I used to buy all my shoes from there when I was that age and with my obsession with keeping practically everything I buy, they found their way back into my life and I swear their one of the comfiest pair of shoes I own, which is crazy as I think I paid about £15-20 for them!
Anyway that's all my lovelies hope you like,
Daniella xx

Hi lovelies,
Hope everyone is doing well. This is something I wore a little while ago when I had myself a little cinema date with the boyfriend.
My outfit obviously had to be pretty comfy and with already being in a fairly simplistic mood, it didn't take me to long to realise that this Acne sweater and I should be the best of friends for the day! I wore it with these white trousers that I've had for ages now but haven't worn before as theres something about the way they fit that i'm really not keen on but I'll hand it to them as they did seem to do the job for this look, so there might just be some hope for them yet! My leather jacket, a thick-knit scarf and my pointy boots were some easy go-to pieces that completed the look, as well as some modern yet minimal accessories such as my Cooee bracelet and Illesteva Sunnies.
Hoping you like this look my lovelies. Thank you and have an awesome day,
Daniella xox
p.s Thank you for all your well wishes for my nephew, your supports mean a lot. He is now home from hospital but still quite poorly.

Hello lovelies,
It's been a while since I last wore these navy flared trousers, they are by Diane von Furstenberg and like all (all meaning, like 3 or 4) the pieces I own of hers, the fit and cut is exceptional. What I love about these trousers is that I don't need to wear them all the time, though I easily could because I love them so much and they are of course versatile but I don't, as they are a classic and i'm sure they won't ever date, so I find there is no need to exhaust them. Instead I just sit back and wait for the right outfit to come to mind.
For this look the idea was fairly simple, with just an old loose fitting grey sweater, my old leather jacket, a piece I am really quite into again at the moment and my cropped furry jacket worn over the top, as combining textures such as these, is great way to add interesting detail and depth to a fairly simple look. I wore my Alexander Wang shoes, as they have this orange trim around the edges which was just enough to add a subtle hint of colour and I also find the trousers fall perfectly when styled with them. To finish the outfit I wore my Illesteva sunnies because they felt a little more unexpected then my Ray Bans. Aw and I have to say I kinda miss my hair looking like this, as these photos were taken before I went to PFW and since then I have had a few highlights put into my hair but oh well, I'll give it time and they'll grow out again. :)
Hope you like this look lovelies and take care,
