Christmas Eve - Wish I Was Wearing

Heyy,

So being a bit of a self confessed christmas fanatic, things are going to get a little bit Christmasy from time to time. I try to stay away from big celebrated holidays such as this on my blog, not because I dislike them but more so because I am aware that there are a lot of blogs out there also creating Christmas posts and I know that can become very repetitive quite quickly for readers. But Christmas simply can not be ignored on LellaVictoria and for the next couple of weeks I am going to dedicate my Wish I Was Wearing posts to my three favourite days of the year, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and boxing day.

To kick off, here's an outfit I would love to wear on Christmas eve, a day where I like to try and incorporate the dressed up glamour of Christmas day with something sequinned, whilst still keeping elements of the outfit classic and casual. I have to say though if you're looking for Christmas day dressing inspiration, this would still be perfect for that also.

Ah Isn't that midnight blue sequinned blazer by DAY Birger Et Mikkelsen AMAZING!! Yes please, is all I have to say to that beauty.

Well I hope you like this look and I would love to hear what your perfect Christmas eve outfit would be, if you have one that is. Thanks and take care,

Olive & Marant

Hello!

How is everyone this Sunday?

Here is a little (haha yes little indeed) something I wore a couple of weeks back, clearly before the cold set in, a different story now as I write this. It was one of those days where I woke up and didn't like what I had originally planned on wearing that day. And it was then that the panic set in and as I am no good picking something to wear under pressure, I was sure that this was just the beginning to a bad day because if I am not happy or feeling confident in what I am wearing, then the bad mood bear will appear. But luckily a few of my favourite wardrobe go-to's came in to save the day. These being of course these Acne pistol boots, my cute Etoile Isabel Marant  jacket and my American Vintage olive coloured scarf. I wore this sweet little Karren BY Simonsen Peacock feather print dress (though I think it's actually a tunic)  as it's grey colour tones complimented the rest of the colours with in the look and I guess it's just such an easy and no-fuss piece to wear. Plus I liked the fun a flirty element it bought to the look.

I also added in some longer necklaces under my scarf, just for some extra yet subtle detail. It was weird wearing longer necklaces again, I am so used to wearing shorter more statement style necklaces now. It was kinda refreshing.

Well I hope you will like this look. Have an awesome day and take care,

Wish I Was Wearing: Dressed Up Casual

Hi lovelies,

So I thought it had been while since I had actually put a look together for a "Wish I was Wearing Post" and so here is one for you. I named it Dress up casual because I think these pieces combined create a perfect balance between dressed up and casual. I would loveeee to be wearing this right now, super chic don't you think?!

Well I hope you love this as much as I do. Thank you and take care,
