Cream, Black & Oversized

Hii,

Hoping you are all enjoying your weekend. I wanted to show you this look of mine, which included this beautiful dress by the brand Supertrash, it's from their spring/summer line, so it is very light in material which isn't the most ideal for the current weather but still I am so happy with how the outfit turned out.

Wanting to take a minimal approach to styling this piece, I decided to team it with my beloved silk wide leg trousers, the two pieces hung so beautifully together, just the way one would want them to. I added in these Cooee clear bracelets for a small touch of colour but in a way that still echoed minimalism. I kept my hair pulled back, my make-up minimal, with just a splash of pink/red for my lip colour. I chose to wear these sparkly earrings also from Supertrash to add a touch of glamour, which on the one hand I felt was unexpected but on the other I felt they somewhat related to the classic undertone of the outfit. I wore my long cream coat and slipper flats, for a bedtime-chic finish.

Well I hope you like this look. Enjoy whats rest of your weekend,

New Boots

Afternoon,

Aw the days are getting so cold now, much colder then then it was this time last year, which I love because I like it to be cold at Christmas, it's nice to bundle up all nice and warm when doing my christmas shopping. It also means I get to bring out snuggly coats like this furry one by Alice and Olivia that I bought last year that I still love so much, I love it's vintage-y charm. I styled it with my snake print shirt from Equipment, loving how the texture of the coat looked with the vibrant colour and print of the shirt. To down dress and give casual flair to the more upbeat pieces I just went with a classic pair of skinnies. Of course I accessorised the look with my new Cooee jewellery and instead of picking a couple of the pieces I piled all my bracelets up, as each bracelet compliments the next and with each shape being different to the next, creating a point of interest within the outfit. I also wore my Cooee necklace, I love how the minimal qualities of the necklace looked against the busy print of the shirt.

The perfect finisher are my new boots with thanks to the wonderful Stuart Weitzman! I love them so much. They have this instant classic and chic feel and I can see myself wearing these boots for years to come. They are incredibly comfortable, in fact probably the most comfortable boots I own and I especially love the metal piece on the heel, subtle yet effective detailing.

Now The best part about this post is that I've teamed up with Stuart Weitzman who has just won the Footwear News Lifetime Achievement Award, and has kindly given all my lovely UK and European readers a coupon worth a 100/£80!! How amazing is that?! Just in time for Christmas, wouldn't you agree?

1. Coupon Code to apply at checkout is - LELLAVICTORIASW

2. The Coupon is valid on all styles, except carryovers and is only valid to EU & UK customers only.

If your stuck for choice which I can almost guarantee you will be, I definitely have to recommend these boots that I am wearing in this post. Their comfort alone is worth it, let alone their undeniable chicness. Just saying ;)

Thanks for reading and Take care,

Grungy

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to say thank you for all your comments on my weekend post, your support always means so much to me. Anyway here I am with an actual up to date outfit post, I still have loads to show you from like a month back but I just couldn't wait with this one.

I had, had this outfit in mind for a while now and for some reason I just hadn't gotten round to wearing it, now I feel that it was because I was missing this amazing arm and neck candy from Cooee, as well as needing to find myself a new beanie. I wanted to create a look which had an overall grungy feel, as well as having a certain amount of modern influence, whilst still keeping classic undertones apparent. I kept the proportions of the look fairly oversized to create a nonchalant vibe which I felt helped to evoke the grungy tones that I wanted for the look. And these wide leg trousers by Raoul were perfect for that. I then layered my oversized very old grey jumper over my sisters checked shirt and then my own checked shirt wrapped around my waist, for ultimate grungy detailing. To bring a slightly grown up twist to the look I wore my pointed boots and tweed blazer. Annoyingly it didn't fit over my arms, due to the layers. So, I instead did the cool-girl thing and just let it hang over my shoulders, which I ended up preferring anyway and yes because it made me feel cool!!

To complete the outfit my Cooee necklace and bracelets were definitely needed and I couldn't resist piling them up, though I missed out the red one as I think it would of been to much with all the other red in my look. I loved how they bought that modern and minimal appeal with such ease, which is something I felt was necessary for the look.

Well if I were talking out loud I am pretty sure I 'd be out of breath now! So see you's all in a bit. Take care,

New In: Cooee

Hi,

How was your weekend? Yes I should be saving for christmas I know but how could I resist these amazing pieces from Cooee Design?! Exactly I couldn't, you all know where I am coming from.

I have to say it was extremely difficult trying to keep the purchases to a minimal, as you can see. It's probably due to the fact that each piece feels so unique. Even though I am usually more of necklace kinda gal, I found myself gravitating more towards the bracelets as to me they are just so different to anything you would normally find in the shops. Their modern, minimal and subtly striking appeal is simply something that can not be ignored. For me they are a good investment, which is ultimately what pushed me to get them. I can wear each piece individually for an extra minimal approach or pile them up, as each piece only compliments the next in an unexpected way.

I also took the time to find out about shipping, the Cooee Designs online store ship all around the world and you can also find Cooee at the online store Kabiri. Just incase any of you were wondering like I was.

Ahh I'm sooo looking forward to wearing and styling these pieces. Hope you like my latest buys. :)

Thank you and take care,

Daniella xox
