Rain Weather - The Flowing maxi

Outfits

Posted on

Hi everyone,

Sorry this outfit isn't very Spring ready but it was taken a few weeks ago when the weather was uninspiring, wet and still really quite cold, though that's not to say one can't go about wearing a light, flowing maxi dress still! So okay I might not be able to run through a corn field with my dress flowing gracefully behind me with my arms all tanned and bare, just yet but I can wear this beautiful old Kate Moss for Topshop maxi over my skinnies accompanied by my tough Ash boots. Also why not add a good old structured blazer into the mix, along with a brown belt, some thick knit gloves and a huge scarf, hey i'm good to go!

Well thats my outfit post for the day, hope you like it my lovelies. Thank you, take care and have a Happy Easter Sunday!

Christmas Lights Ready

Outfits

Hii,

A couple of weeks ago the christmas lights got switched on in my town and it's an event that I look forward to every year. It's nothing spectacular as it's just a small town but it's important and special to me like I am sure it is to others in the town. Though we were close to not having any at all due to lack of funding but luckily all the shops pulled together and with the help from my friend Jake it happened, not that the local council gave him any thanks but at least he knows and those around him know that he was a big help.

Finding something to wear was fun, as the crazy Christmas lady inside me wanted to go full on with a Christmas themed outfit, maybe even get me some of those awesome flashing earrings. Ohh Yeah!  Thankfully for my sake and my boyfriend and sisters sake who I went with, I didn't. No instead I stuck with my go-to casual combo of my favourite skinnies with my Ash biker boots. I then wore my Topshop oxblood sweater and teamed it with my DKNY furry jacket, finished of with my charcoal grey scarf and my old old old Jack Wills Christmasy beanie. And that my lovelies is my Christmas light switch on look, what do you think?

Thank you and look forward to reading your comments. Take care,

Wish I Was Wearing: Those Cold Days

Trends

Posted on

Hi everyone,

Here is my latest Wish I Was Wearing post. This outfit for me would be perfect for keeping casual and comfy whilst still maintaing a sense of classic and chic on those cold winter days. I have loved these burgundy jeans by Topshop for ages now, their colour and texture are just that little bit different to most skinnies. Oh and this coat by Reiss is such a classic piece, I can see myself wearing this year after year. I chose a simple grey v-neck sweater to soften the contrast between the black and the burgundy. Finishing of the outfit I chose The shoe of the moment, the Wedged Sneaker (these by Ash) for a slightly more causal effect and also this super cute beanie from Topshop, ah I just loveee it's little crystal and chain detailing.

I can soooo imagine wearing this on chilly sunday and going for a walk in the park, being surrounded by all the bare trees, feeling the cold breeze on my cheeks and watching my breath in the fresh air.

Well I hope you like this outfit as much as I do. Thank you for your  lovely comments they really do mean a lot. Take care,

Hi lovelies,

This is just a little outfit of what i'm in the mood for right now, i realise its quite similar (colour pallet wise) to the outfit that included the neon Oscar De La Renta feather top but this time the idea was more sports inspired with ladylike-luxe twist. I also realise i am using the Proenza Schouler PS11 again but hey what can i say, I LOVE THE BAG!

I really hope you like the outfit i've put together. Thank you and Take care, Daniella xox
