Mid-Length Grey

Hey lovelies,

This isn't exactly an outfit I had planned previous to wearing and to be honest I wasn't in the mood for doing a look that day and was just going to throw on a pair of jeans a white tee but then I seen this grey mid-length dress hanging in my wardrobe and thought that it would be nice to wear it again and then before I knew a whole little look had come together, days like that always cheer me up.

All of the pieces i'm wearing here are really quite old now but I have to say how gratifying it is to be able to put a full look together using only older pieces because it tells me that I invested well, which I guess is something we all want when we spend our money, isn't it?!

Well I hope you like this look and tell me, do you like to invest in pieces when you shop? Or do you prefer to have a lighter and more "in the moment" approach to buying clothes?

Take care sweeties,

Daniella xox

Muuse Dress Extra's

Hii lovelies,

Hoping you all had an awesome weekend!

Here are some extra photos that I really wanted to upload to the post that was on my blog on last thursday. When I used one shirt dress from Muuse.com  to create three different looks. Believe it or not there were still lots more photos I wanted to upload but I think i'll leave it at this for now. Well I hope you like. Haha only four lines of writing, well eight if you include the small lines, this has to be a first right?! Once again thank you Muuse.com and Fashiolista

Take care dudes,

Red Tweed

Hi my lovelies,

Up now is another traseasonal look of mine that I wore a little while back and surprise surprise I was back in my boyfriend jeans once again, see I told that I just seem to gravitate towards them come Autumn. I once again wore them with transeasonal layers, colours and print and tried to incorporate a sense of ladylike-chic which is a nice contrast against the casualness of these ripped boyfriend jeans.

Whilst searching through my Autumn/Winter clothes the other day I came across this red tweed top that I bought from Asos last autumn and not wearing it nearly enough last winter I made sure to let it appear almost straight away in one of my Autumn outfits. I teamed it with my Joseph striped top (i promis you I do wash it) as it's classic texture combined with this classic striped print worked really well and also created strong depth within the layers. I also wore my Miu Miu shoes and my Chanel bag for some ladylike twists.

I then added some colourful jewellery, like this bright pink, knitted bracelet by Marni and my Topshop neon necklace and the reason I think it worked so well, is because if you look close enough, you will see little bits of pink within the top.

Well I hope you like this look. Lots of love,

Feeling Fringed, Feeling Neutral

Hello,

How is everyone? Heres an outfit post that i'm hoping you will all like. It was a day when the weather was that great temperature where I was able to wrap up warm on top and go bare legged on the bottom. I came across my white Abercrombie denim shorts and just had to wear them, I kept the tone casual as it was a sunday afternoon and I was just popping into town with my cousin for a coffee.

So I wore them with my simple white tee from Topman, I then added a little wardrobe staple of mine this neutral coloured cardigan from LK Bennet, loving how it looked against the shades of white. For my cover up I wore this fringed vest by a the brand Edun, a favourite piece of mine thats great for either transitional weather or for layering up in the winter time, it really was so nice to wear it again.

For my shoes I stuck to these boots that I bought from Topshop, hmm last year I think. You may not see them a lot on the blog but I wear these boots almost on a daily basis when I am just around the house. The final touch was my snake print clutch that is years old now, I liked how it tied in well with the neutral tones of this outfit whilst also adding even more texture and creating a tad of print play.

Well thats all folks, think I have just about explained it all ;) Thank you for taking the time to comment, I really appreciate it.
