Back with a Wish I Was Wearing post today. I am so gutted that I missed out on these amazing leather trousers by Whistles. I had wanted them since the summer, sad times! Anyway heres how I would of loved to style them, well at least if money was no object!
Hope you are all enjoying your sunday! Heres just a small picture post for you. This is something I wore on a muggy day and to cope with the sticky weather we were having at the time I tried to pick clothing thats material worked for that kind of weather.
Firstly there are these 3.1 Phillip Lim shorts that i have had for a couple years now, they are timeless, wardrobe staple and come in handy every year especially for those days when Iam stuck for what to wear and am needing to resort to wardrobe classics. I wore them with this Mustard coloured shirt by Vanessa Bruno Athe, I bought this a year or so ago maybe more and I bought it on the Outnet for about £50.00 though surprisingly it is a piece I struggle to style, i don't know why-just is! I thought the two colours worked really well together and then once i added in my Zara mens-style shoes to the outfit, I felt the outfit was City-chic with a twist ( even though I live in a small town, this is what i was going with)
My accessories were quite minimal but at the same time they had quite prominent effect on the outfit. Wouldn't you agree?

This is just a little something I wish i was wearing right now. I'm loving the 3.1 Phillip Lim pop Art prints for next season! They are so cool and refreshingly fun, though I must admit I would rather the KA-POW Knitwear then the cotton tee but i was just thinking if I was dressing for current weather this is what I would choose and this is how I would style it.
