2012 Looks

Hiii,

I can not believe it's going to be 2013 tomorrow!! Even though it sounds boring, I have to say I am not one for big New years eve parties, so I can't sit here and tell you all about a fabulous party or event i'll be attending, as you are more likely to find me at home with my boyfriend and mum maybe sipping at some champagne and eating some yummy food. Or sometimes we all like to get dressed up and  go out for a New years Eve lunch at a favourite restaurant of ours, though seeing as everyone seems to be under the weather  with horrible colds, thats unlikely to be happening.

Anyway as we end one year and go into another I thought I'd do what the other fabulous bloggers do and show you some (yes some) of my looks from this year. I have to say, whilst I enjoy looking back at all the different outfits, I don't think I can bare looking at myself in one big collage like this, it's just TO MUCH! But I hope you enjoy and I also hope it doesn't make your eyes go to fuzzy.

Before I go I just want to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who has commented followed or just took the time to have a little look at my blog. The support, positivity and encouragement that I have received still blows my mind! I am humbled and flattered in every way possible. I look forward to entering a new year with you all.

Take care and have the Happiest and Healthiest New Year,

Hint Of Print

Hii,

Here is a little something I wore about a month ago now, when I went to have lunch with my boyfriend.

I love my snake print shirt by Equipment that I bought in the autumn, it's unexpectedly versatile, which is an important and necessary factor for me when investing in pieces. I love the strong statement it makes when wearing it on it's own but I love it even more when you can just see a hint of it, somehow I find it even more striking, seems to really pull the eye in. I wore the shirt over my Navy Sportmax dress, don't you just love the good-old skirt/dress trick?! Layered my J.Crew long sleeved, olive tee over the top of the shirt and since i've worn this colour combo before, I know how beautifully both colours compliment each other. I threw my Joseph coat over my shoulders, to give the look some structure on top and because I was a little worried that the top of my outfit was beginning to look like a colour chart I added in my charcoal coloured scarf to break it up. I almost went for a black scarf but I think it would of created to much of harsh contrast.

I finished of the look with my trusty pointed boots and my Chanel. I know I said about black being a harsh contrast but the reason why the black bag and boots work is because there is enough distance between the outfit and them. Well I think thats it for now. Hope you enjoy the look :)

And before I forget, for those who missed out on the Stuart Weitzman Coupon code, if you subscribe Here to the Stuart Wietzman eu online store you will get an invitation to the private sales! Sound good?!

Thanksss lovelies and hopefully I'll be back tomorrow with a favourite outfits post of mine!

Gifts

Hii,

Back with another short post, just to show you a couple of the gifts I received for Christmas. I had been after some good dvd box sets for a while and my lovely boyfriend bought me Gossip Girl (think it's series 5) and Boardwalk Empire. I think i'll start watching Boardwalk Empire tonight and with that, I just know it's only going to encourage my love for 1920's fashion. He also bought me this cool clock for the bedroom, which seemed to be a running theme for this Christmas with my mum also gifting me a lot for my room including some really nice bedding and this beautiful stand, which I'll probably put necklaces on, which will make my jewellery case very happy as it's currently bursting at the seems.

I was also lucky enough to receive this Acne sweater from the boyfriend, can't tell you how happy I was, as I thought it had sold out but the clever sod managed to find one! Though as it is a mens sweater, I have a feeling I won't be the only one in this relationship wearing it! Oh and what do you think of these nail colours? I lovee them and am already wearing the pinky colour. And the necklaces you are seeing aren't new but I just wanted to show you some outfit details of what I wore Boxing day.

Well I'll be back on sunday with an outfit post for you all, as it has been far to long! Take care and have a great weekend,

Christmas Eve /Christmas Morning

Merry Christmas Everyone!

I hope everyone had an amazing Christmas. Sorry if I have not been around on everyones blogs as much, I promise you I am looking and reading every post but I just don't have time to comment right now. My boyfriends got a whole week off and I want to make the most of that. I as well want to spend as much time as I can with my family at this magical time.

Anyway here are some snaps I took of my Christmas Eve outfit and also some pictures of our Christmas morning (more to come of that day tomorrow) Please excuse my face! I have been poorly with the very horrible and annoying flew, something I am always lucky enough to catch just in time for Christmas, it's like a tradition for me now, hahaha! Well I had a lovely Christmas day and luckily could still taste my Christmas breakfast, dinner and pudding, woo! Did you all enjoy your Christmas dinner?

Well I'll be back hopefully tomorrow with another Christmas post. Take good care,
