Hi everyone, 

 

So once again i'm wearing my Marni purple summer coat, its something i thought i'd really only be able to wear in the spring but to be honest because of the dreadful UK Summer we've had it's come in very handy for a chic and colourful coverup, giving my Army jacket a well deserved rest. 

 

I was going somewhere that i had to look fairly smart and decided to wear this mid length DKNY washed black skirt which I then teamed with a classic white shirt. So to make this combination a little less predictable i wore my amazing necklace by Dimitra Mavrikou that a sweet friend gave me which i think tied in beautifully with the Marni coat. 

 

For my shoes i wore my Pedro Garcia wedges and for my bag i went with my Ally Capellino, as both of these items were ideal for toning down the smarter aspects of this look. Other accessories included my YSL Ring and Chanel round frame sunglasses.
